An evacuation project, an urban renewal during which a total of  124 residential units were destroyed on areas where 400 units were built in 8 buildings of 7-14 floors. The project combines street-level commerce on the main thoroughfares and public buildings on the ground floor for the benefit of the residents of the neighborhood.
