Amir Avraham
A graduate architect with a bachelor's degree from the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem. Specializing in residential building planning, mixed-use urban complexes, and urban renewal projects. Experienced in liaising with planning authorities in Israel and navigating the intricate balance between the developer's vision and the users' needs, all while maintaining architectural quality.
I firmly believe in establishing a direct connection between the interior and exterior of residential units and the surrounding nature. During my studies I conducted research on runoff water management and the growing problem of urban flooding due to global warming and the lack of urban infrastructure adapted to the rapid changes in the urban landscape.
My expertise lies in 3D modeling and parametric design. I possess strong visualization skills and excel in the visual medium. My primarily focused on participating in competitions where I developed a diverse range of skills in conceptual design. From the initial idea formation, I bring to the table a wealth of experience, understanding, and complexity that bridges the gap between design and the various stages of planning and execution.
